Documents Needed for
Business Loan
The following documents are required along with your Business Loan application:
PAN Card – For Company/Firm/Individual.
Certificate of Incorporation (If it’s a Pvt or LLP),partnership firms – Firm Registration Certificate.
Aadhaar Card & Pan Card of Partners/Directors/Proprietors
Partner/Director/Proprietor address proof, if the address on Aadhar Card is different from the current address.
Aadhaar Card
Passport
Voter’s ID Card
Driving License
Bank statement of the previous 12 months
Latest ITR along with computation of income, Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss account for the previous 2/3 years, CA Certified/Audited.
Other Mandatory Documents
GST Certificate
Trade License
Udyam Aadhaar Copy
