- Company registration documents: Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA), PAN, GST Certificate (if applicable)
- Business licenses and permits.
Financial Documents
- Balance sheet, Profit & Loss Statements, Cash flow statements
- Bank statements – previous 6 to 12 months
- Income Tax returns – previous 2 years
- GST returns – previous 6 to 12 months
Identity proof and address proof
- Identity proof: Aadhar/PAN/Driving license/Passport
- Address proof: Telephone or electricity bill for last 3 months/ Rental agreement or property ownership deeds.
Proof of income and business operations
- Documents of major source of revenue
- Significant contracts, agreements, or client lists that support your business operations.

- Loan repayment plan and project report
