The following documents are required along with your Project Financing Loan application:
  1. Project Documentation
 Project Proposal: A detailed proposal outlining the project’s objectives, scope, benefits, and timelines. Project Feasibility Report: An in-depth report that includes market analysis, technical feasibility, and risk assessment. Business Plan: Comprehensive business plan including financial projections, market analysis, and growth strategy. Project Report: Detailed report covering project costs, project schedule, and expected returns.
  2. Financial Documents Financial Statements: Audited balance sheets Profit and loss statements Cash flow statements for the past 3-5 years (if applicable) Financial Projections: Detailed projections including cash flow forecasts, profit and loss forecasts, and balance sheet forecasts for the project’s duration.
